WHY THE CARE MATTERS
Hotels & Public Areas questions, clearly answered
A pet-friendly welcome includes the grounds guests walk through. Explore coordinated pickup, stocked stations and work windows for hotels and other managed spaces.
Illustration of service planning, not a promise of a specific result.
Why include outdoor pet-waste care in a hotel plan?
The guest experience extends past the lobby. An agreed grounds-care scope helps your team address the pet areas and routes guests use outdoors. It gives the property a practical way to coordinate a pet-friendly amenity with its upkeep.
What areas should a hotel ask us to review?
Identify designated pet areas, walkways, lawn edges, existing stations and the route between them. Include the service address and photos. We agree on boundaries rather than treating the entire property as an unspecified pickup area.
How do station bags and bins affect the experience?
A stocked dispenser and usable bin make the pickup process easier for guests. Those checks belong in a defined station-care scope. Grounds pickup remains important because providing bags does not ensure everyone uses them.
Can hotel grounds and stations be quoted together?
Yes. The Signature hotel option lets us discuss area, station count, supply needs and frequency as one property-specific scope. The quote follows a review. It is not a fixed-price package applied to every hotel.
Can work avoid the busiest guest periods?
Share check-in, breakfast, event or pet-walking windows that matter to your operation. We discuss suitable access and timing before scheduling. The form records your preference without guaranteeing a time slot.
Will this guarantee better reviews or occupancy?
No. Grounds care is one part of a larger guest experience, and we do not promise a review score or financial result. Our goal is to define the outdoor upkeep your property wants and confirm the work clearly.
What about parks, campuses or publicly managed land?
Tell us who manages the site and who can approve the work. Procurement requirements, authorized boundaries and access must be established before scheduling. A public location in a city guide does not mean SandSift holds a contract there.
Do you provide room cleaning or all landscaping?
This service concerns outdoor pet-waste pickup and station care. Housekeeping, full landscaping, pest treatment and disinfection are separate scopes. We make those boundaries clear when discussing the property.
What does a useful property submission include?
Include the address, cleanable area, current station count, photos of routes and problem spots, and the manager’s contact details. Add preferred work windows. The hotel form is different from a residential yard form because the operational questions differ.
Can I speak to a person before selecting a plan?
Yes. The assistant can explain the published scopes, and you can request a live advisor when someone is available in the admin. If the team is offline, your contact details and conversation can be saved for follow-up.
